Here are some common questions that we get related to the service.


Do I still need to keep my ISP connection?

Yes, the Easy-Fi system plugs into your cable or DSL router to supply the Internet. The Easy-Fi system can replace the current WiFi router you are currently using for your guests, or you can change the password and use only for yourself and/or your staff.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your Easy-Fi router anywhere that can accept deliveries.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available just by sending an e-mail to support@easy-fi.com.


How far will the WiFi signal reach?

Typically, the Easy-Fi WiFi signal will reach about  200-300 feet. It’s best to install it in the front-of-the-house, nearest to where your customers would be online.


How can I prevent people from using too much data?

You will be able to setup the amount of upload and download speeds that customers can use. Also, you can control the time they are allowed online so people don’t slow down your ISP connection.
